Joy, I pulled my hamstring during the Philadelphia marathon on Nov 20, causing some minor tearing and had to drop out of the race. So I've had to take some time off from running, hoping to get back to some slow short distances at the end of the week.

Way to keep moving. That is the key. Speed does not matter, distance does not matter, just keep moving forward!
