3 mile run slow fast slow. Mile 1 10:01, mile 2 speed check 7:14, mile 3 8:59. Fastest pace 5:57 which is still a little difficult. Can't figure out why there's been none of the muscle fatigue accompanying the first 2 to 3 weeks of training.
