  8. RUN
great Neighborhood loop with Polly ... 3 mi 00:25 08:26 pace

The only thing I can figure for the very unexpected sub 8:30 pace other than being a short 3 mile run is that the previous disk problem now repaired and healed was causing a lot of leg weakness pri... read more

  9. RUN
great Neighborhood loop with Polly 3 mi 00:29 09:49 pace

A little unexpected speed this early on. Second run on the streets. 3 mile loop. Didn't check my running watch for pace as it felt slow and easy. Coming in at 9:49 per mile was a pleasant surprise.

    great TM 3 3 degrees 3 miles 3 mi 00:38 12:49 pace

Pain from yesterdays 3 mile walk/run dissipated so quickly, decided to go again. 3 miles on 3 degrees at a nice easy 12:50 pace felt good. Maybe tomorrow again? Can only hope.

Set the TM at 4 degrees and 4.2 MPH. Managed to get HR up to 140 without overworking the back. Nonetheless, it's still telling me to take it slow and easy. Take a few more days off and try again. D... read more
