This took me back to why I started running. I met with about 60-80 Londoners who have a real passion for running in the city. We started in Shoreditch, ran through Covent Gardens (literally!), ran thorough Liverpool street Station, along the Embankment and Bank, then back to Shoreditch. We were split into 5 groups, I ran with the greyhounds tonight which I think is about my level, everything was pretty simple, turn up, get briefed, then run. It was my first time running without music so got to talk to some of the group as we ran, really motivating. Great to see London this way..
