Seeing your posts about your MMA workouts has me really wanting to contact that Muay Thai gym. Great time for a workout - I'm fairly certain I'd be dead on the floor :)

Hi Guys. The sessions starts at 6.30pm and finishes between 9.30pm and 10pm, pretty intense but I imagine we get closer to two hours work done then three. The rest of the time is spent recovering or receiving instruction. Tommy changes it up every week so as to keep things fresh.. if you get a chance check his site.. http://www.mmafitness4u.com/
