My circuit class has been cancelled so I contemplated going to the gym. Couldn't convince myself as I've never really liked it and burpees in the gym makes people look at you funny.. So I took up my friend Rosie's challenge of pyramid pushups/burpees/situps. I started with one of each, then two then 3 and so on.. I got to 10 and decided to pull in, so effectively the top of the pyramid, felt a little light headed. Managed two sets of chinups. (11 and then 8) and then got a 4 mile run in before dark, ran with just headphones and no gear, felt really good (; Zoop Zoop!

I really need to start some sort of circuit training again. Feel so lazy this time of year. Well done on the gadget free run at the end too :-)
