Didn't time this run but my first run with my younger brother Marc. Like Courtney he is a footballer and not really used to running distances, he did grand though. We started of fast, I talked with him a lot to be sure he was comfortable, he was. We slowed at 2.5 miles as he started to feel the burn, he pushed through and we covered the distance in about 35- 40 minutes. My brothers' fitnesses will improve drastically over the next few months, Courtney's already talking about hill sprints so think we'll be pushing each other. Hope that we can all do a 10k soon, had scheduled to do the Hampstead 10k but a mix up with tickets meant we had one between us, Emma from Rundem represented (big up), but I had hoped to run with my brothers and took the chance to get a run out with Marc. good day..
