Rocked up to run with Caz and Emma at the Mile End Park Run, lovely course. Felt strong and fast throughout. 10 mile training runs has worked back into my strength for shorter distances. I've started 'Born to Run' today so in between coursework marking and chilling this weekend I will try and get some pages in. Really enjoying running at the moment, really lucky to be able to get out and get these in. Have a great weekend all, Big up!
