      By the looks of the shoes, you had a good run! Trails are best when they're soft and squidgy but it's not actively raining... :)

    Tough as head isn't in it, I raced a cyclist up a hill and listened to the tunes. All good though :)

    Run to the Emirates stadium form Brick Lane, Beth lead beautifully and we enjoyed it :)

    Core and Legs

    Babs did a great session focused on legs and sore. We used several stations and focused on step ups with a barbell across our backs for 45 mins. Core for 30 mins and then a long stretch

    Beginners Hill session, took me back to my first session a year ago with Paul. Great turnout and we all ran as hard as we could!

    Ran with the Elites for a shorter run, think was around 5 miles as I had no watch :) Very fast and lots of fun
