Happy Father's Day! After my run (and session with the ice bucket) we went to a pancake house for brunch. Yum.

My calves have been extra tight the last couple days but they loosen up within the first mile or so or running. I've taken to keeping a strap next to my bed so I can stretch them out first thing in the morning. That really seems to help.

    Things definitely tighten up overnight and it's the one drawback of predawn running. Nice 5, hope you enjoyed your day.
