      I'm so sorry about that. Very upsetting. I'm sure I can only tell you what you already know - change shoes, attend to your hips with stretching, drink tart cherry juice, ice it, do pool jogging (and see what that's like)...and more rest. Yup, but in the end the doc is the way to go (or a physiotherapist).
