Did a super morning romp run around town today cool morning 40 degree F today.Ran road,trail,sidewalk,& greenway this morning also checked out the huge shopping complex being built on my run can't believe there getting all those store here in Morganton NC this is where I had Henredon Trail I use to run there it was a old abandon furniture factory & huge land parcel.Also ran downtown & greenway great morning only had 2 runners,3 dog walker,3 crazies, 4 homeless,6 skunks 3 foxes,2 opossums,& 4 deer so a normal morning here.Will try to do another run later.Got to finish my forecast download for work on sales trends & quality controls issues .Have a great day eveyone!!
