    Still pain on the left arm, but feeling well at the end. Swimming 1 hour is not boring. This is persuasion to continue like this.....

      Bravo! I used to do some swimming as cross-training but found I started to get dizzy. Have they created a headphones you can use in the pool yet so you can listen to music? That would be awesome.

      Yep, for the moment I didn't really think about it, but yesterday I have seen a special MP3 for swimming-pool. This way, it could be less boring !!!! Thanks for your encouragement !
