    First long run in a while -- it felt great! Felt a little discomfort in my ankle, but otherwise I felt strong the whole time. Very happy with this run, a bonus that it's a beautiful day out.

      I may be doing the Woodcliff Lake 5K. I'm running the Ridgewood 10K am supposed to be one of the cøurse marshalls for the 5K. So perhaps I'll see you there.

      The Fitzgerald 1928 Lager Run is in Glen Ridge, NJ . A pretty flat 5k, sponsored by a local bar. Shanna and I did the race 4 years ago, but we walked the whole thing as she was preggo with Cammie and I was nursing an injury. The course is slightly different now, but it's a nice residential street run, and it's in the evening (6:15pm start?) which is nice. And, at the end of the race, it's a sorta block party with free beers, and some free food and then other stuff you can buy.
