    We tried to run in Busse but once we got in the woods it was seriously an ice rink. So we ran on the streets instead. Nice run for a Tuesday morning!

    It was like reliving the 09 Shuffle at 5:30 in Busse woods! We only did out and back since you have to run slow in that stuff. Glad to get the miles in!

    Did the Starbucks route again this morning! Ran with Barb and Lisa. A little pain behind the left knee at the beginning went away after abot a mile or two. Love this route for the winter!
