Well- my to do list last night got a little too long and I got a little too tired, so I got this core workout done today instead (standard set @ 90" per exercise). Does it still count, Sarah G. ? :) Also took a short walk with Jadis and spent some quality time with the foam roller. Overall a fairly productive recovery morning!


That's a nice save on the core work! You had part 1 and part 2! Nice! The walk and foam rolling sound equally therapeutic!
