Lower body strength workout today. Started out with a 12 minute easy jog to loosen up, then did the following:
Body weight squats (2x25)
Walking lunges with weights (4x15)
Side step-ups (2x10/leg)
Box jumps (2x10)
Dead lifts (3x12)
Side kicks (2x20)
Pushups in between exercises (120 total)
I think I'm going to be sore tomorrow :)
