Tmill recovery miles

Between the less than stellar road conditions and feeling like I have a cold catching up with me, I decided to stay inside today. Also took advantage of the opportunity to break in my new Adidas Supernova Sequence. Cannonball warmup, then 6 miles very easy on the treadmill. 3x90" planks and a couple other quickie core exercises post run. Planning to do some strength work tomorrow when I have a bit more time!

I agree with Ed! You are a machine! Whenever I feel like being lazy, I always know that you'll be pushing it. Great motivation for many of us!

Nice indoor miles! I was forced indoors too (where I usually am, mind you) but still... And oooh! New running shoes! I'm gonna have to go get a new pair soon.
