BMRC Prediction Run 5.2 mi 00:50 09:31 pace

I don't know exactly how long the route is, but it's over 5. And I don't know how long it took me since we weren't allowed to wear a watch. So, that's my best guess for b... read more

I can't see myself running in any kind of Hoka either. These prediction runs sound fun, but I'm rarely ever off from work on a weeknight (unless I already have something else planned). Wahhh.

  3. RUN
    Kelly Drive 4 mi 00:35 08:52 pace

Legs were heavy. Actually my whole body felt heavy. After racing on Sunday, doing HYPE Monday and working out this morning, this run was more for my own sanity and therapy than anything else (wor... read more

    Basement Dwelling 00:45

It was either weights or running this morning. The weather said it's going to be nicer this afternoon so I went with weights before work. Better that way anyway since I'm expecting the ... read more

    H.Y.P.E. 01:00

One hour of abs and core with some other compound exercises thrown in for "fun." I've skipped this weekly class for a while now so I'm sure the pain will be setting in shortly.

  6. RUN
    KOP 10 Miler 10.1 mi 01:36 09:30 pace

Don't know the official time yet, but that's Garmin info. It was hot for a race this morning. Within 1/2 mile I had sweat just pouring down my face. Jess and I ran together for the who... read more

    Packet pick-up 6.48 mi 00:29 13.5mph pace

Little bike ride to pick up my stuff for tomorrow's race. Fourth year doing this hometown, hilly, 10 miler. Thought about running over to get it but that would probably have been stupid.

  8. RUN
Wednesday Night Run 6.51 mi 00:59 09:01 pace

Met in Oaks and ran down the trail next to the river. Honestly I don't know if I was on the Perk or the SRT. Duh. Even though we were a small group we ended up breaking into a couple groups... read more

    Before Work 5.03 mi 00:43 08:32 pace

Good run, Christine! I always drop visitors off and swing back around to get them, not into idolizing movie stars, no matter who it is, haha. I get it, for those that love that though, not judging.

The crappy part about it was the guys standing by the statue waiting to hustle the tourists. They offer to take your picture and then have their hands out waiting for money. They probably make out pretty decently if the whole group wants to be in the picture.

Met Jess after work for a ride on the CVT. Not very crowded so we didn't really have to do much people dodging. It's a nice ride. Going to run tonight and see how the hip is feeling.

  15. FIT
    Dungeon Gym 01:00

Had some time to kill this morning before a routine doctor's appointment so I did a good workout. Little bit of everything and enough of it for it to matter.
