    Tough one for some reason. Feel fat and diet has been yucky. Added 9 x 30 sec uphill bursts throughout. Need to commit to better fueling.

      Oh, please! People who don't know you like I do won't find this as funny as it is - you are an animal, (albeit a beautiful and petite one!), but an animal on the road. You are also the greatest running coach out there!

    8m with mid 6 at 8:45 in Lexington, NC (second stop for T-Day). Hilly and windy but got to run with Porter (hubby). Then walked/jogged with my brother for another 1.5 miles.

    1m warmup, then 8 x slightly longer than quarter mile uphill repeats. Jog recovery back down. 1+ mile cooldown.
    Toughie but weather was great.

    Cooler, rainy and breezy, but once warmed up felt fine. 1m warmup, 5 at (what I hope to be marathon race pace) 8:13 (41:08) and a final 1m cooldown.
