Tough one for some reason. Feel fat and diet has been yucky. Added 9 x 30 sec uphill bursts throughout. Need to commit to better fueling.

Cooler, rainy and breezy, but once warmed up felt fine. 1m warmup, 5 at (what I hope to be marathon race pace) 8:13 (41:08) and a final 1m cooldown. -
