    Slow mile. Tried to focus on breathing, form, and a strong lower back/core. Beautiful day. Should have worn the sleeveless.

    Swam w/ bilateral breathing for the last half. Felt stronger, faster, and like my form was better, too. Woohoo!

    12 laps. I thought it was 3.1 but Al says 2.7. Who knows, but I did 12 laps.
