      Thanks Jamie! I did CJs workout again and decided to see if I could push the limit on my speed (I don't think I kick my butt enough most of the time), so I tried 7MPH at 1%....and I actually did it just fine for that 30-second interval. I can't wait to keep trying just a little faster. :)
