    25 minute warmup
    6x800...did the first one at 3:09 (whoops), followed by 3:13, 3:13, 3:16, 3:17?, 3:16.
    10 minute cooldown

    I felt okay...I think.

    I'm going to start logging my miles in here to keep myself accountable for the summer. Also, I want to do the 30ds (in order, no skipping just because level 1 is too easy).

    we all had to go out super slow for a certain amount of time, all of the girls except a couple went out for 50 minutes (didn't matter about mileage). Hurricane Irene killed our trains, though.
