I adored running in this weather! Cool, not too humid, quiet, still. It would have been even better had I not had to listen to myself breathe like a steam engine. I felt really good, the first mile was 11:23, and I ran my usual long running sections without trouble - even that first hill, which made me very happy. Legs were a bit tight by the end, needed the ice afterward. Right knee twinged a bit, but not bad, and iced afterward. No music this time, just the birds.
