    Walked with one of my colleagues after eating lunch. Not too fast because I hate to sweat at the office, but it was warmer than we expected, so a little glow.

      Great walking workout! I know when I run in the early morning hours I have a light with me just to be seen. Also helps to avoid tripping on things.
