A decent 7 miles. Not my fastest, but comfortable. I'm aiming for long and comfortable runs = healthy and injury free. The run started off with promising breezes and cloud coverage, ended with humidity and beat down sun. I think that slowed me down a bit, but overall, felt great out there. This is my third run in my new Asics Gel Nimbus 14s. Really happy so far with them! I wasn't planning to migrate completely to them yet, but they really are making me happy. Perhaps I'll just cut over to them now :-)
