great Crossfit Treadmill workout 2 mi

A quick #crossfit style treadmill workout, half plan called for 20 minutes today (long run tomorrow). 0.5 miles fast run, 20 pushups, 20 squats = repeat until 2 miles/20 minutes. Happy Friday everyone!
