great 5k Hotel treadmill w/soldiers 3.1 mi

After a rest from our family hike, I ran a 5k on the hotel treadmill and had a few soldiers in there running with me. Kept me motivated! I haven't looked at the Half training schedule the whole time I've been on vacation because I knew I couldn't hit it exact, my aim during these past 3 weeks while we've been gone is to get 5k treadmill runs in at least every other day. Managed that plan except for the 4 days we were in France. Other than that, I feel I've at least kept my base so when I get back soon I should be able to slide into the regular Half plan somewhat ok. :-) Although not looking forward to the Indiana heat and drought.

    Good job! I was in Indy the first two weeks of July, running down the Riverfront. Man was it hot! Can't wait to run the Indy Monumental Half when it colder there! :)
