Hotel treadmil 5k + 50 bench presses

When you run on treadmills in Europe set at kilometers instead of miles, somehow it subconsciously goes by faster, ha ha As long as I get 5k's in every other night, I will be happy with this trip! Also, still having really well energized runs after 8+ hrs on my feet all day. How interesting!

I know you've been primarily a morning runner - but I really enjoy my runs at the end of the day and a lot of times they feel easier to me than the morning. Great job keeping up with the running, Christina!

Thanks! I hear you on being an afternoon/evening runner. It sure beats waking up early! I think the only reason I prefer the mornings is mainly because I haven't had food in me yet and it kicks off the day well for me :-) I'm just happy we've been so far able to keep up with some running on this trip. It's hard to squeeze fitness in with travel - hotel gyms are now so important to me.
