Decided to do a back-to-back run to stick to my training plan as best as possible on this vacation. Went with the hotel fitness room and treadmill. It was an easy run, another good run after being on my feet all day. Must be GREAT warm up for a run! ;-) I also tackled 50 pushups in intervals and used the bench press machine at the fitness room for a total of 2 20 reps on upper body. Enjoyed the hotel's cold pool for a variant of 'ice bath' concept and then did my usual stretching.
