      Sorry to hear about your knee! Way to go on the 26 lbs!! I hope you find some relief with that knee. And which 1/2 are you training for?

      Thanks. Yeah, its been bugging my for over a year...fun times. :) I am doing Green Bay again, something to get me through the Winter...although it is a little more like Spring right now. :D Good luck on your 1/2, you will do AWESOME!
