well, if you were sweating b/c this was a walk/run outside, then I'd be jealous. B/c that means you are in warm weather :-). I'll take the sweat in my ears over the 30 degree temps. :-) Merry Christmas, Christina.

Keep your head up. I have no idea how to get over the ITB thing but I'm sure there are plenty of experienced people on DM that I have had to deal with it. If Ice and rest haven't worked go see the doctor they may be able to do more for you.

Nice solid 6 mile home :) Took the longer way, had wanted to make it 2 laps, but with the heat, and being tired from the workout I just headed home. Next time I'll pack a gel.... and MORE WATER!
