    First time doing the barefoot thing. Finally got the guts to do it! Not as bad as I thought it might be...especially in the city streets of Chicago! Looking forward to more barefoot adventures!

      It only gets better. The best parts of my run today were when i was able to take my huaraches off and run barefoot. Great job!!!

  5. Pulled a muscle in my lower back, while at work! Practicing the 100 up's ...well actually the 25 ups because thats all i can tolerate for now....and doing some walking, running on hold for now!
