I've never hear of Chiliblains... The only toe injuries I've dealt with it Black toenails, bruised toes and then after my first half both big toes were completely numb for about 5 weeks, I never went to the doctor about it so Im not sure what the deal was.. Hope you get it figured out.. :-/
