      Skipping cardio is like leaving a cute puppy behind when you're backing outta the drive way....you see that cute face in the window just wishing it was going with you...poor cardio...HA if I get another dog I'm totally going to name it Cardio. :-)

      Ummm I don't think I will ever surpass your weekly miles but we can pretend! The training plan I'm following for my Urbanathlon in October only calls for 3 runs a week. Two are really short and one is semi short. The race is only 10 miles but there are obstacles that require boatloads of strength every 2-3 miles so I need to focus on building that so I don't die.

    Used my Gymboss interval timer and set it to 20 seconds on/10seconds off for a total of 40 rounds! I love skipping!

      check out www.gymboss.com! It's amazing for interval training! You set the intervals you want for work/rest and it beeps to tell you when to start/stop! best thing everrrrr
