    My second 5K! This was a fun race that I think I will do every year - even though it was so hot running in the sun, it was awesome being on a runway and seeing a plane take off in the distance!

    Has to take a few days off because my hamstring was hurting, felt good to get back into it today! My first 5K is next month so I need to get up to 3 miles!

      Thank you Rookie and Christine! Christine you're right, and I am super excited to be in my first race and surrounded by other runners. I hope your hubby's knee feels better soon, and I am sure you will both have a great time doing your 5K!
