      Good job. Losing weight is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise. At least that's what I've been told. I've been refined sugar free one full year now and it's made a huge difference for me. I'm also plant based vegan, so eating healthy is working great for me, inside and out.. Good luck and I'm sure you'll feel great.

      Too many people forget about what they eat. I agree and abs are made in kitchen not the gym. I have been eating healthier for a few months and have dropped 10 pounds. Still want to trim a little more before Spring.
