Managed to get out of bed early and went for a small run. Felt pretty good all the way and ran every incline. Also I planned to be faster than the last run on the same route. Ended up being about 30s faster, which is good enough. I also lowered my heart rate a bit at a bigger effort - which is a good sign for me. However, I felt my knee slightly after the run. I hope its just my body getting used constant mileage. Not sure if I will fit in another 4miler tonight. Planned a 6miler for tomorrow and a 15mi trail race on the weekend. Got about 38days left to decide to run the 50k or 25k trail race. Hoping for the best.
