Ouch. I took a TRX class yesterday that involved lots of squats and lunges, so this morning my glutes were in so much pain. The first couple of miles were just trying to loosen up my a$$ (that doesn't sound good though). Felt a bit tired and my legs felt very heavy. Next time I should not listen to a nice, young, good looking trainer that it is a nice class. Then again seeing her demonstrate all the excercises was worth it. I know I know, I am a pig. Happy trails this weekend everyone.
