Had a rough day, it was crazy and had someone get in the lane with me that I had to give a length and 1/2 lead to or I would catch her and she would not move! UGH! Oh well, still got it done.

North Park 5 mi 00:30 10.0mph pace
First time on the bike since surgery so we took it really slow. Also First time with clipless pedals. Went ok, the position is still a little hard but a good start.

Felt good. Today was IM's but I only worked on Freestyle and backstroke. Don't want to pull another muscle. Just worked on stroke technique.
