    5 min WU at 3.8. 12 min run at 5.3 and 3 min WD at 4.0. I decided to take it easy today. After I finished I did a bit of core work.

    A great run watching Game of Thrones! I ran for 30 mins straight at 5.3 speed. My warmup and warmdown were both 5 mins of walking with one at 3.8 speed and the other at 4.0 speed.
