    This felt more like running than the regular elliptical machine, maybe it is the moving arm/hand handles. Gets ya sweaty and out of breath!

    very foggy! Beautiful morning. Nice ride, I kept the gears pretty consistent and made my legs do the work.

    Hip hurts really bad, but, it was great to run with E, for her first half marathon race. Most of the race is on the Acadia Carriage Rds, which is pretty darn nice.
