    Freakin Amazing Sunrise!!! Temps said 21, it was a very raw 21. Roads were ok. Lots of sand and some slushy/black ice spots. I was super careful.

      I was with kids today on the ice rink. I could just stand on one side and let the wind blow me to the other side... lots of wind.... nice inside 6!

    37 degrees!! a lot less layers and no ear warmer :-) hip hip hooray!! It was really nice out there this morning. My splits were very consistent and I was able to keep the coughing to a minimum.

    The walk to the fishing spot was 1.2 miles, then Luna and I walked another almost 2 miles and then we walked a bit more and then came back. I didn't stop the garmin when not walking.
