    I was able to get the thermostat down to 64, why would you have a fitness room thermostat set at 75?! UGH!! Weather is complete cold and crazy crap outside. Decided on speed work inside.

      Good call. I postponed my long run til Tuesday (I am on vacation this week.) Managed 7 tough miles in the 30 mph winds. Just seemed foolish to insist on 20 today when better weather is 2 days away.
