good Galveston Beach 0.5 mi 00:12:43 25:26 pace

I took off my shoes and walked on the concrete like sand. The water was bathtub warm. I went in as far as my knees. I would have loved to go play in the waves, but since I was alone, I figured it p... read more

82 degrees and 91% humidity at 6:30am. yuck! it was a very warm run. Not very interesting. Highest elevation was 10ft. Ran with two co-workers, so that was nice.

alright Neighborhood in McKinney, Texas. 4.02 mi 00:41 10:12 pace

Hot and muggy at sunrise! Very slow and easy run. Lots of slanting sidewalk. I ran through a tunnel, which was pretty cool, better than having to wait for a light to cross the street. After the run... read more

      Great Performance:

I was so happy to see you in on time. We were all concerned about your hip, and I was prepared to run out for ya if need be. Great job!

  10. RUN
    great Jax Fit 5K X2 6.28 mi 00:54 08:32 pace

First 3.14 miles was to set up the mile markers. The second 3.14 miles was the race. I was very happy with my 8:18 pace for the average on the second 5k. Faster than I have been able to do in a while.

  11. RUN
    good Tripod 6.05 mi 00:59 09:46 pace

My plan was to run each mile out, at an easyish pace and then back in at a faster pace. I did succeed in doing that... not as fast on the returns as I had hoped for. :-(

good Super Sweaty Sunday in Lamoine 10.5 mi 01:43 09:49 pace
