    I was convinced that I would have to do a walk/run for this HM...... I forgot to walk! Pain wasn't too bad. Not bad for no training since Sept. Neat race, so much support.

    This felt more like running than the regular elliptical machine, maybe it is the moving arm/hand handles. Gets ya sweaty and out of breath!
