    Ran the first 2 miles with Laura, at about a 9:20 average, then I ran with Elissa and Judy and for 3.1 miles, averaging mid 11's. Then I ran home solo, slowly. :-)

      Yes, Mill Rd was in rough shape. Needle's eye was pretty sloppy too, but for the most part, the roads were decent.
