      I don't take her very often, running with her on the leash is too start and stop and throws me all off. If she can be off leash, it is much better. Dogs don't sweat! But she is really good at finding puddles.

    The roads were dusted with snow, luckily not slippery. Very crisp temps, but no wind. Nice sunrise run. No critters, only their paw prints in the snow.

    treadmill run. First 3 miles I ran at a steady 8:30 to 8:00 pace. Then I cranked it up a bit. I kept it in the low 7's and then for almost a mile I did a 6:49 pace. whew, that was hard.

    Foggy, warm and breezy. Nice run through Lamoine. Only critters I saw were kids waiting for the bus. I think the deer are hiding from the hunters. I did push ups for some upper body work :-)
