      Nice miles! Yes it is quite nice out in the sun and the wind dies down for a moment, but then it is chilly when the opposite happens!

      I'm still jealous about the moose sighting. Your hip has seemed better lately so maybe this was just a fluke. The grade on that new carriage road is pretty steep so that probably didn't help.

      I wonder if I hurt it when I did my speed work on Friday? :-( I seriously stood there looking at it and said "holy shit" about 12 times :-) I like all the little turnout areas they built into the road.
