    Nice run with the group. Lots of mud and puddles out in the gravel pit and road leading to the gravel pit. Temps in mid 30's made for nice running.

    35 degrees and spitting rain. I ran with Ron and Doug. It was a good consistent pace, able to have conversation, but still working pretty hard. Totally missing Laura A. :-)

    Rainy and windy w/ slushy Carriage Rds. A few spots were icy, lots of slush, couldn't help but get wet feet. Temps in the mid 30's. We got it done :-)

    Very crisp temps. Carriage Rds were clear of snow, pretty rough in a few spots due to thawing and refreezing. Cool ice patterns on the puddles.

      That explains why I couldn't find you at the end! The views along Ocean Drive were very nice today. I was fine temp-wise while we were running but I did spent a while in a very hot shower after. :)
