blah Home loop 6.7 km 00:37 08:53 pace
V slow. First run in two weeks thanks to a chest infection - not great timing with GNR in 2 weeks time! If i can fit in a couple of longer runs between now and then, i <might> be ok. Bleurgh!

Well done Chris. There's still 2 weeks to go to get over your chest infection and the training you have already done will get you through the GNR. It's my favourite race of the year and I'd hate for anyone to have to miss it.

One of a few mtb rides this week on hols, but the only one accurately measured. Brilliant adrenaline rush, and pleased to knock 15mins off the advised time!
