      Thanks! That course beat me up pretty good. The first 900-foot climb wasn't too bad, but the second one was rough. I'm glad I only did one loop of the course! Incredibly impressed with those who completed it two or four times!

      Thanks! I pissed it off with yesterday's trail half marathon, so I'm gonna have to back off of the mileage for a bit. No other races on my calendar for the year, though, so a good time to listen to my body.
