      On this one I went in mile increments of 4 percent incline, 6 percent, 8 percent, 8 percent, 4 percent. The treadmill at my office gym will go up to 30 percent, so that's a good way to prepare for some sustained long climbs. I'd prefer to be able to do that all on dirt, but the best option within a quick drive is the ski hill at the Blue Hills, and that's only about 340 feet in one push.

    Nice evening run at the Fells. Took a crack at the Fells Tower Loop strava segment record and got it. Hammered the downhill at the end and dipped just under 3 minutes!
