can you input workouts for days that are already past? i can't figure out how the hell to use this thing

Yeah, when you go to enter a workout, you click "Today (Change Date)" found right next to the More Detail button in the bottom left. Then click the calendar and pick whatever date you want. It is a little cumbersome. I use this app called iSmoothRun that integrates really well (iphone/android). You pick your activity and with the GPS and accelerometer it tracks you (also compatible with ANT+ footpods) . You can upload it to daily mile after and skip the pain of entering data.

i got it sorted now. unfortunately i dont have a smart phone so a more advanced tracker will have to wait, it is cool to know how many miles i'm doing
