    Great run until my shoe was suctioned off when it dropped about 8 inches in a muddy/sandy wet spot. Wouldn't it figure, it was the only spot on the half mile trail and I hit it.

    got a quick run in before picking the boys up from school. 1mile - warmup jog; 2mile (fartlek) - 0.25 faster, 0.50 slower, 0.25 faster; 3mile - jog. the wind was brutal on the way back.

      there are a couple places I can run so called hills. I did hear that some guy in Tampa was trying to get it organized and approved to have a run that would go over the Skyway Bridge. That would be pretty cool and would be a killer on the legs!
