      Mark, he could easily do it but I know he wont. He is one of the best high school tennis players in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. I am getting him out a few days a week for a nice jog but I hit him hard with speed and agility drills with power strength workouts.

    It is funny how running can be. After the worst day of running, Bobby had the best day...he says it was the best in 12 years.

    It wasn't that good of a run today. Coley started having side cramps, heavy breathing...he was just not ready for the run. He finished with walk and run intervals to get back and felt ok.
