    I did my version of Fartleks after I ran with my boys...0.5 mile warm up jog, 0.5 mile faster pace, 0.5 mile jog, 0.25 faster pace, 0.25 mile jog, 0.25 faster pace, 0.75 jog.

      I use a Timex, which is not compatible with dailymile (or anything else for that matter). I found a website that could convert workout files to other formats - so I create a file that would upload to dm. Too much work for me - never do it. I will hunt down web site if you are interested.

      Thanks Steve. I know when I want sync my Garmin on dailymile that it will also ask if I want to download a file. If that works that would be great. IF you remember what site it is, I will try it...thanks
