      My therapist says I cut my runs short by a fraction because subconsciously I crave Hal's attention. It's just not healthy.

    So it turns out that biking 6 miles is easier than running 6 miles. Next time I might try driving 6 miles. I may have been doing this exercise stuff all wrong.

    Thought I would check out a potentially new running route. Turned out it was not a loop, but two dead ends on each side. But I got the chance to ride my bike for a bit - which was nice.

      If you ever get a chance to try a recumbent trike do it. I'm so glad I got mine. I'm getting the fitness I was dreaming of while running without the injuries. Takes more time but really, who cares. Too much fun and so darn comfortable.
