    According to the dailymile color bars, my first 2 mile run of the week was only worth about 20% of my second and third 2 mile run. Maybe I was lollygagging?

    I'm down 16 lbs and I am close to breaking the 12 min/mile barrier. And the daily high temps will be in the low 80's next week! Things are looking up.
