Truck, Lisa, and I have been doing a good, easy run on Blairstone each Wednesday morning. Starting at Panera, ending inside it. You should come.

Thanks Keith. I sometimes underestimate the power of breathing while running. Having some low humidity this morning was fantastic.

alright St. Marks Trail 2 mi 00:24 11:51 pace

It would be less humid if would just rain. At least there is air in-between the raindrops.

  6. RUN

  7. RUN

  8. Shared Photo

According to the dailymile color bars, my first 2 mile run of the week was only worth about 20% of my second and third 2 mile run. Maybe I was lollygagging?

  9. RUN
    good 1.91 mi 00:23 11:46 pace

Pretended it was slightly cooler and slightly less humid. And that I could run slightly faster than the day before.

Great job. I tried pretending that once. Guess I lacked the imagination to pull it off.

great St. Marks 2 mi 00:24 12:04 pace

I'm down 16 lbs and I am close to breaking the 12 min/mile barrier. And the daily high temps will be in the low 80's next week! Things are looking up.
