HRM battery died about half way through so I had to go by feel for a chunk of the work out. Probably didn't push quite as hard and I typically do.
30 minute run/walk followed by tonights boot camp circuit.
Good workout. Started out with 30 minutes on the Elliptical before hitting the circuit for this eveving.

An hour on the Elliptical machine. Glad I went over this evening
Hard spin class this morning. Also did some core and weights before hand for about 20 minutes
30 hard minutes on the spin bike followed by 15 minutes of core work
30 minutes on the treadmill followed by 10 minutes of core
