    Not a fan of pavement. Every mile feels twice as far for some reason.

      It's like dog years versus human years--pavement to a trail runner. You might as well put down a half marathon for today.

    Full loop from Ogg then did the red loop again. Felt great, probably cut a minute/mile off of my pace from last week.
