    Crowded today. Must be a lot of people taking out their frustration with the Royals.

    Not the best time but still a great day. Perfect weather.

    Last long run before the hawk. Actually broke out a long sleeve shirt.

    Blue Springs Lake trail 7 mi

    Good run except the part where a big bushy squirrel sprang out of the weeds, missed my legs by 6 inches and scared the shit out of me.

    Ran all of #3 and walked 4. Start the taper.

    Weights, some upper body w squats and dead lifts. Kind of liking the dead lifts now.

    Nice and warm. Power walked the last 4 with Coleen. Always good to have a friend to talk to.
