    injured Springwater 15 mi 02:20 09:20 pace

Nice n easy. Last long run before Portland Marathon if I'm smart. And that's debateable.

  7. #dailymission. When I brought the treadmill home today, Emma(4) wanted to "play with it first". She knocked out 3/4 of a mile playing. She really was having fun. Adorable!

Awesome! Make sure it is unplugged and the safety key is up. Isaiah and his friend had a wicked accident playing on mine without my knowing. It was scary.

Thanks guys. At one point I was standing in the downpour, soaked, face to the sky letting the rain cool my face as a group of teenage girls SCREECHED by me cause their hair was getting wet. Lol...

Couldn't agree with you more. I'll get tired of the rain soon enough, but it's so much better than trying to run in 90 degree weather! Excellent miles out there today!

Believe it or not...he talked me into running three years ago...on a dare to run a marathon. i got hooked and he dropped out. 3 years later...he's trying again and will finish Portland Marathon...eventually! This one was tough for him, but long runs teach us a lot about ourselves...and that's usually a good thing.

You sure made up for lost time! What a fabulous run and way to go, Lori. Hope it all smooths out sooner rather than later. It is a rough road, Boo. But it will be better on the other side. I promise.
